#newmusic show on @salfordcradio with guest Leon Meya of Northern Uproar

On this weeks show I’m joined in the studio by my special guest Leon Meya from the fantastic Mancunian band Northern Uproar Official. We chat about the bands new album “Hey Samurai”, as well as Leon’s musical influences, the bands experiences as part of the Britpop scene, plus his views on the music industry today. We also have a couple of live tracks from the new album as well.

I’ve also got my usual three new acts to introduce from my current ReverbNation campaign, this week I’ve plays for Sweet Sweet The Weathered Road & Ghost Town Jenny.

As well as all this there’s plays for The Echo and The Always, alphabet backwards Empire Signal and the awesome Nathaniel Rateliff.

Special mention to the brilliant Sweet Sweet as this is their first airplay on the radio – nice work guys!
